Sweepr terms of service and data processing terms

Last updated 5 October 2026

These terms apply between Twinsoft Innovations FZE (Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates — "we") and the merchant who installs Sweepr ("you"). Installing or using the app means you accept them, together with Shopify's terms for the Shopify App Store.

1. The service

Sweepr scans customers in your Shopify store who have never placed an order, flags accounts that look bot-created, and — only when you confirm — tags, unsubscribes or deletes them through Shopify. Flags are suggestions; you decide what to do. Deleted customers are deleted by Shopify and cannot be restored by us, so review the list and keep the CSV backup the app offers before deleting.

2. Plans and billing

Plans and prices are shown in the Shopify App Store and billed by Shopify. The Pro plan has a monthly fee and includes a monthly number of deletions; deletions above it are billed per use at the rates shown in the app and the App Store, and appear on your Shopify bill. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your Shopify admin; uninstalling cancels it.

3. Data processing terms

For the personal data of your customers that the app reads (names, email addresses and related account fields, as listed in our privacy policy), you are the controller and we act as your processor. We will:

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your customers' data and for the actions you choose to take with the app, including deleting or unsubscribing customers.

5. Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the loss of customer records you chose to delete.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the new date above. Questions: hello@twinsoftinnovations.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the UAE.
