Sweepr help

Sweepr finds customer accounts that look bot-created and lets you tag, unsubscribe or delete them in bulk. Questions or problems: hello@twinsoftinnovations.com — we reply within one business day (Gulf Standard Time).

Who does Sweepr look at?

Only customers who have never placed an order. Anyone who has ordered or spent money is skipped before any rule runs. So is anyone with a merchant note, or a protected tag: vip, wholesale, b2b, staff, employee or sweepr-keep. Add sweepr-keep to any customer you want left alone.

Why was an account flagged?

Every flagged account shows its reasons. The rules are:

Likely bots have a strong signal or several together. Need review have weaker signals — look at them before acting. A CSV import creates a burst too, so a burst never makes an account a likely bot on its own: it can only add it to "Need review".

What do the actions do?

Plans

To upgrade, downgrade or cancel, click Change plan (or See plans) at the bottom of the Sweepr page. Moving to Free takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How long does a scan take?

Usually under a minute; stores with hundreds of thousands of customers can take a few minutes. You can leave the page — the scan keeps running in Shopify.

Does Sweepr stop new bots?

Not yet: it cleans up existing accounts. To reduce new bot sign-ups, turn on Shopify's hCaptcha for contact and customer account forms (Online Store → Preferences → Spam protection).

Privacy

Sweepr keeps no customer data. Read the privacy policy and terms.
